I got a TomTom for Christmas, but how do I remove it?!?
I received a TomTom as a gift for Christmas. I had to go on a two hour trip so I figured the best thing to Do would be install it. It was freezing so the EasyPort wasn’t sticking to the windshield. I mounted the dash sticker to the windshield not knowing it wasn’t supposed to go there. Now I can’t remove it. Can someone please tell me how to get it off?
DO THIS ON A HOT DAY !!!
- get some boiling water, thick gloves (coz yur gona be touching the water), a small cloth and a large cloth that the same width as the windscreen
- get boiling water in bucket
- put on the gloves
- put large cloth under the sticker part
- dip small cloth into boiling water, then take it out, the gently squeeze, then dap it on the sticker
- any excess water should land on the large cloth placed underneath the sticker
the hot water should remove the sticker
